Foundation

We begin by conducting thorough site investigations to assess soil conditions, load-bearing capacities, and other geotechnical factors. This information is critical in determining the most suitable type of foundation for the project, whether it be shallow foundations, deep foundations, or specialized systems. Once the foundation type is selected, we design the foundation structure, ensuring it can adequately support the building loads and withstand environmental influences such as seismic activity or water table fluctuations. Our team oversees the excavation, formwork, and pouring of concrete, ensuring that each phase adheres to precise engineering standards and specifications.

Vertical Structures

We begin by collaborating with architects and other stakeholders to develop structural designs that meet the project’s aesthetic and functional requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations. Our expertise in materials science allows us to select appropriate construction materials that provide the necessary strength and durability. During the design phase, we perform detailed structural analyses to determine load distributions, stress points, and potential failure modes. This involves creating detailed blueprints and models using advanced software to simulate various scenarios and ensure the structure can withstand all anticipated loads, including those from occupancy, wind, and seismic events. Throughout the construction phase, we supervise the implementation of the design, ensuring that all components are built according to specifications.

Oil & Gas

We work on the foundations and supports for drilling rigs, platforms, storage tanks, and pipelines, considering factors such as soil conditions, load-bearing capacities, and environmental impacts. During the planning phase, we conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and devise solutions to mitigate them. This includes evaluating the structural integrity of existing facilities and designing new ones that can withstand harsh environmental conditions, such as extreme weather and seismic activity. Throughout the construction phase, we oversee the work to ensure it adheres to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Our role also extends to the maintenance and inspection of oil and gas structures, where we implement strategies to extend their lifespan, enhance performance, and prevent failures that could lead to costly downtime or environmental hazards.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

We play a critical role in transforming initial project ideas into detailed, actionable plans. This phase involves refining designs, developing comprehensive budgets, selecting contractors, and conducting risk analyses. We collaborate with architects, project managers, and construction managers to ensure that every aspect of the project is meticulously planned and potential issues are anticipated and mitigated.

POST-CONSTRUCTION

In the post-construction phase, our role as a civil engineering firm is crucial to ensuring that the completed project meets all design specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. We conduct comprehensive inspections and quality assurance checks to confirm that every aspect of the construction aligns with the approved plans. This includes assessing structural integrity, verifying the functionality of systems, and ensuring that all safety standards are met. Additionally, we manage the punch list process, addressing any final adjustments or corrections that need to be made before project handover.
