Subdivisions

Designing and engineering the various elements of a subdivision requires specialized tools and expertise. Using tools like computer-aided design (CAD) software, geographic information systems (GIS), and engineering calculations to create detailed plans, drawings, models, and specifications - we provide all the necessary resources to get these designs approved including elements like roads, bridges, water supply, sewerage, stormwater management, erosion control, and earthworks.

Site Development

On a smaller scale, we provide every resource needed at the subdivison level for each site. We know what it takes to move forward with projects and provide the turnkey solutions necessary to minimize complexity for our customers .

Hydrology

For any new structure - home or business - to stand safely for years to come, engineers need to have complete knowledge of local hydrology. Hydrology studies identify and address the challenges that the structure will face during Construction and many years into the future.

Hydraulics

Along with hydrology is the concern of flow and conveyance of fluids, principally water and sewage. We can determine volumes, rates, sediment, and the interaction of water with its alluvial boundaries along with scour and deposition.

PRECONSTRUCTION

The pre-construction phase also involves securing permits or entitlements, and gathering the labor and resources required for construction. This phase brings together all the different parties involved in the project, including architects, engineers, contractors, and owners, to establish a clear path forward. Quality pre-construction planning can help clients decide if they can follow through with the project, as they may find that the work is too expensive or not feasible for the space they have.

AFTER THE PROJECT

The post-construction phase is where the physical construction happens, but it has not yet been handed over to the owner. It includes activities such as demobilization, a punch list, and document closeout.
